Shipment Processing Time

All orders are printed on demand and so fulfillment will take 2-5 business days. After the item has been printed, please allow shipping to take an additional 3-8 business days within the domestic United States. For international orders, please be aware of the longer shipping times and on rare occasions, any customs and/or tax fees you may incur which you are solely responsible for.

Please understand, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays so do plan accordingly. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You'll receive a "Shipment Confirmation/Order Tracking" email once your order has been fulfilled & shipped. It will contain your tracking number(s) so please follow the instructions in the email to track your order via specified carrier. In some cases, your order will be split in different packages depending on the items and location of the fulfillment center. You will also receive tracking information for those packages as they are shipped out accordingly.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Because everything in the shop is printed on demand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Make sure you pay close attention to the sizes & colors you choose. In rare cases, you find an absolute eye sore print or noticeably bad piece of apparel, please contact us immediately so we can get in contact with our fulfillment center & resolve the issues promptly. So sorry for any convenience.
